– Transfer money to Fast Light employee, collaborators, agency or distributor
– Transfer money to wrong account number or wrong amount
WITHDRAW RULE
Withdrawal processing: 24/7 even in festivals and holidays
Progressing duration: Instant or maximum within 24 working hours (Business hour)
Limitation:
– Minimum: 0 USD
– Maximum: Unlimited
Bank account information must match with registered information in our Traderweb, Fast Light will not responsible to any mismatched information.
Deposit and Withdraw follow One-Way method. Profit is allowed to withdraw by any channel which available in Fast Light Traderweb.

DISPUTES RULE
About Trading Account: Any disputes regarding to trading account will be respond within 07 business days from the date claim dispute.
About Deposit/Withdrawal: Within 24 working hours from the time claim dispute

– Customer share trading account to employee, collaborators, agency or partner of Fast Light and got loss or burned.
– Customer share account and password to others
– Account stolen by accident: lost laptop or phone where trading account being saved
